As a coach, I am passionate about helping people find their inner compass and happiness in life. My approach is holistic – I combine coaching with my knowledge of astrology, arts therapy, neurographics, mental fitness and numerology, which enables my clients to gain deep insights and make sustainable progress. There are two important ingredients in everything I do – humor and creativity. I believe that art, in all its different forms, is a very powerful soul healing method and helps in our quest to better understand ourselves.
“Art is a way of recognizing oneself.”
— Louise Bourgeois
The Official Bio: I have been through a lot of transitions throughout my life – I have changed countries, apartments, experienced family, career and emotional changes. Transition is my second nature and throughout the years I learnt to welcome it, seeking opportunities for growth, instead of fearing it. Actually, one of the auspicious things that have happened in my life are a direct result of me embracing change. I was a star student both at school and at university; went to study abroad making my parents proud; did a PhD in Business Studies with a full stipend; pursued a career first in academia, then in the private sector working for and NGO and a law firm in the City. Spent close to ten years in the UK. On paper, I was very successful externally and yet was not feeling satisfied.
I needed to change something radically – the turning point for me was when I decided to relocate to where I call home – Bulgaria. It is then when I dropped societal expectations and stopped worrying about what other people think, instead choosing to listen to what my heart tells me. Since then I settled down successfully in my hometown Sofia, started a family (raising two boys with a small age difference), explored what truly makes me happy career-wise and trained as a coach, and pursued my creative interests. I combined my passion for human psychology and art and launched my coaching business.
Most importantly, I started feeling truly happy and at peace with my life and my decisions. I am here to support you with the same, reconnecting with the life you want and living blissfully in your truth.

Why Kaleidoscope Coaching
The word kaleidoscope encompasses various aspects of both my life and coaching philosophy. As we all know, with each move of the hand holding the kaleidoscope, the image in front of the viewer’s eyes changes, portraying mesmerizing and colorful new forms. This process I like to use as a metaphor for the essence of the coaching journey and the human mind itself. I could neatly exemplify with my own version of the well-known proverb: “The truth is in the eye of the beholder” (adapted from „Beauty is in the eye of the beholder“). We all experience reality, our lives and the circumstances we encounter in a completely unique way, shaped by our own world views, experiences and beliefs. The role of coaching is to, in a way, turn the kaleidoscope handle to uncover new horizons by questioning long-held underlying beliefs, examining our thought processes and emotions, dealing with fears and insecurities, and learning to shape our lives in a way that serves us.
The word kaleidoscope comes from the Greek kalos, „beautiful, beauty“ and skopeō, „to look to, to examine“,hence „observation of beautiful forms“. The kaleidoscope’s images are like a tapestry of all the beauty in life and art. The exploration of beauty in life is a powerful ideal and mindset to have, which can be fulfilled through pursuing creative endeavors. Hence the role of unlocking your creative side through different forms of art which can be very beneficial in the process of coaching. Here comes the idea of using art as a mechanism for deeper self-exploration.
My Approach
I have developed a unique coaching program which will help you learn more about yourself through a holistic method which blends my various interests in positive psychology, neurographics, astrology, and neuroscience. Here I explain more about the various components of the journey.
Step 1: Where are you now?
The process begins with a few coaching and psychological assessments. The idea behind these tools is to encourage you to get into a self-reflective mode in terms of your personality traits and behaviors and how they play out in different life situations. We then examine your current life circumstances, your goals and your true motivation.
Step 2: What is it that you really want?
Here we take the time to explore your:
Values – values often drive behavior and help us make decisions in life, steering us in the right direction, yet seldom do we actually stop and reflect on what our guiding values in life are;
Character Strengths – the top 5 things that are best about your personality. Recognizing those and using them more often in your life, makes you feel energized and engaged, can strengthen your relationships, boost happiness and improve well-being;
Passions – what is important for you and what makes you happy.
Step 3: What is stopping you?
We uncover self-talk patterns, limiting beliefs, sabotaging behaviors, and work to address these.
Step 4: Creating a vision for the future
Here you create a vision for yourself based on the inner exploration you have undergone so far. What will change in terms of thinking, feeling or behavioral patterns.
Step 5: Reflections and action steps
A plan to move forward is designed and action steps discussed. Other important elements such as timeframes and the practicality of the plan are also tackled. Mindfulness and mental fitness techniques aid in nurturing self-acceptance and compassion and in limiting automatic behaviors that can prevent the achievement of the goal.
Step 6: Review, celebration
We reflect on the coaching process and the new learnings, and check to see that agreed actions are being implemented successfully in real life. We also discuss potential barriers, ensuring that support structures are in line with your goal. We learn to celebrate even the smallest milestones that are achieved as they are a crucial part in the big puzzle.
